Good afternoon!

We are two days away from our soft opening at the Korean Dad space on 1492 State St. in Veazie. We will be open this Saturday from 11am - 7pm serving all of your favorites like the Apple Butter Bacon Smash, the Spicy & Sweet Smash and more. We'll also be introducing some new dishes like our fried poutine, Steak frites and Cluck Ya! (Fried Chicken sandwich)

Our menu is pinned to the top. Our online ordering button is active and you can easily navigate to our website and place advance orders to be picked up Saturday. Just be sure to specify what time you plan on picking the order up. Please let us know if you have any issues with the website and online ordering because it is a new system and there are bound to be glitches.

You can also order on DoorDash, you can message us or you can stop in and order in person.

SATURDAY AT SALT & CEDAR KITCHEN!

October 31 | 11 AM – 7 PM | Korean Dad Veazie, Maine

We’re in the new kitchen this Saturday! We are very excited to have a winter season place and hopefully you’re excited too! We’re going to be able to expand our menu a little and serve you items we cannot from a food truck. However don’t despair, we’ll still have our fan favorites.

Here’s a look at what’s on the menu:

Single Smash Burger – A classic done right.

Apple Butter Bacon Smash – Sweet apple butter, smoky bacon, onions and cheddar.

Spicy & Sweet Smash – Bacon, onion jam, candied jalapeños, and cheddar.

Steak Frites – Steak, crispy fries, and a rich, creamy peppercorn sauce.

Fried Poutine – Fries, fried cheese curds, and gravy. What’s not to love?

Cluck Ya Chicken Sandwich – Hand-breaded chicken fried until golden and crispy. Choose regular or Nashville hot style if you like a little heat.

Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese – A little sweet, a little savory, and a whole lot of melted Brie.

Apple Gouda Grilled Cheese – Apples and creamy Gouda tucked between toasted bread.

And that’s not even everything!

Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, grabbing dinner, or looking for something good to eat before the Halloween festivities, we’ll be here cooking.

Salt & Cedar is moving indoors for the winter!

After another busy season on the road, we’re parking the food trailer and trying something a little different.

Starting Saturday, October 31st, Salt & Cedar will be opening every Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM at Korean Dad 1492 State Street in Veazie!

We’ve spent the last few years serving food out of our little trailer at the waterfront, festivals, events, and wherever else the road has taken us. Now we’re looking forward to having a place where you can come find us every Saturday, without having to check where we’re parked!

We’re bringing along the smash burgers you know, including our Apple Butter Bacon Smash, and expanding the menu with some things we’ve been wanting to do for a while.

Steak Frites au Poivre, some pretty ridiculous grilled cheese sandwiches, our Cluck Ya! Fried chicken sandwich, fried poutine, homemade desserts, and more.

And yes, the smash burgers are still here. We’re not messing with a good thing.

It’s the same family, the same kitchen, and the same food you’ve come to know from Salt & Cedar. Just a new way of doing things for the colder months.

It’s been a while! But we are open today at the waterfront in Bangor! Also there are a bunch of friendly vendors down here and so so many witches! It is after all the Witch Walk today!

We’ve got hot cocoa, coffee, and hot fresh apple c***r donuts!

We will be here until 3!
