After affectionately being called "Aunt P," by my three sweet nieces for the last 16 years, and my love of good NC BBQ, I have decided to combine the two and am inviting you to sit down with "Aunt P's Butts," for all your BBQ needs. I believe that good food brings people together, can comfort a hurting heart, and inspire others through showing your appreciation with a small gesture. I am grateful

for the opportunity to incorporate family traditions, recipes, and the culinary tools of passed loved ones, to carry on the art of smoking pork butts, and sharing my passion and love with others.
