Festive, lux, and celebratory vibes are calling your name here at Di Campli’s! If you are the Champagne nerd who wants to discuss riddling and lees aging, or you just simply love the sound of a cork popping- do I have the wine dinner for you! Join us for an evening celebrating two of Champagne’s most iconic houses—Bollinger and Taittinger.

Daniel Miller, French Wine Specialist and Advanced Sommelier will join us for an exclusive event entitled: “Terroir & Tradition” exploring two distinctly different expressions of Champagne. Taittinger, known for its elegant Chardonnay-driven style, showcases finesse, freshness, and precision rooted in the chalk-rich soils of Reims. Bollinger, by contrast, is revered for its Pinot Noir dominance, depth, richness, and traditional craftsmanship, including extensive barrel aging and reserve wine blending that have defined the house for generations.

Going to brag- but NOT about 🍷! In NO WAY AT ALL do I have a green thumb, but I planted these a year ago and they are still alive, & actually producing fruit! Granted, I thought I was buying lemon and lime trees & it turns out some are oranges…. Oh well. Proud of myself (and the bussers who have watered them for a year!) 🍊🍋🍋‍🟩
