🧡 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM NEWKIRK’S! 🧡
We’ve made the decision to be CLOSED tomorrow, Sunday, October 25th, and we wanted to share a little bit of why.
First of all, our sweet Sadie got MARRIED today! 💍💕 Between providing desserts for her big day and having several of our girls unavailable this weekend, we’re running a little short on helping hands.
Second, and this is a BIG one… we are coming off our TWO BIGGEST SALES WEEKS in the entire two years we’ve been open! 🥹🧡 You guys have absolutely blown us away with your support, and we can’t even begin to tell you how grateful we are.
But with that comes a little bit of chaos. 😂 We’re running extremely low on inventory, trying to get caught back up, and to top it all off, our supplier has apparently decided to hold our 500 latte can order hostage somewhere in the universe. 🤦🏽♀️ If you’ve been around here long enough, you know those cans are kind of a big deal!
And finally, we have another HUGE week ahead of us! Halloween festivities, Thursday night’s Block Party Trunk-or-Treat, and more ~ celebrating our TWO-YEAR ANNIVERSARY! 🎃🎉
So, we’re doing something we don’t do nearly enough. We’re giving ourselves permission to take a day to breathe.
A day to regroup, recharge, and get our heads back in the game. Because as much as we love what we do, sometimes the people behind the counter need a little reset, too. We never take your support for granted. In fact, the reason we’re so exhausted is also the reason we’re so incredibly thankful. You guys have kept us busier than we ever imagined, and that’s a pretty amazing problem to have.
We’ll be back Wednesday, rested, restocked (fingers crossed 🤞), and ready for all the Halloween craziness!
