One of the questions Philip🧑 asks me every single day is:
β€œOn a scale of 1 to 10, how do you feel today?β€πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

Most days my answer is a 3 or a 4.
Thursday, I was actually an 8. πŸŽ‰πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

Friday morning, I was a 7.πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻

Then Friday afternoon, Long COVID decided it had other plans, and I experienced one of those crazy episodes that took me from a 7 to about a -10 in the blink of an eye.πŸ‘οΈ

That’s the reality of Long COVID.

One minute you think you’re turning a corner, and the next minute you’re trying to figure out what just hit you.

With more than 200 reported symptoms worldwide, Long COVID doesn’t play by any rules. Every patient is different. Every journey is different.

But here’s the thing…
I refuse to quit.πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ§‘

I will keep learning, advocating, sharing, and fighting for awareness, research, and answers.πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ’ͺ🏻🧑🧑🧑

My heart 🧑🧑🧑is melting!!! Many of you may not know that I was a Ballet 🩰 dancer and at the age of 14 had my own Ballet 🩰 studio! The fact that our sweet GRAND; ANDI is taking Ballet is one of the best things ever! We will be attending her Ballet 🩰 class in a couple weeks! 🧑🧑🧑 This is so special to me!!!

This was truly the best event I have ever produced! At the museum of Photographic Art in Balboa Park in San Diego! The BUTTERFLY πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹ EFFECT! Benefiting the Jenna Druck Foundation🧑🧑🧑 during this week…I produced four events back to back! This is my normal life and I want it back.πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™πŸ»

This event featured Project Runway fashion designers; Christopher Straub & Mila Hermanovski, Hats provided by Diana Cavagnaro - Couture Millinery, as well as epic San Diego musician; Lee Coulter! I had 15 of the best chefs in San Diego, and our master of ceremony was none other than Emmy Award Winner πŸ₯‡ Jai Rodriguez!!! πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸ§‘πŸ§‘πŸ§‘πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸ¦‹πŸ§‘πŸ§‘πŸ§‘
