I am ridiculously excited to take to next week for his 25th birthday! I watched on Chef’s Table (see below), read his book and was luckily able to score sought after tickets. (Yes tickets. Read the book 😉). I am fascinated by passionate people and Chef Grant is off the charts! Plus, he has an amazing story of dedication, determination and a life threatening cancer but for a last minute intervention from U of C (where Jordan is obtaining his Masters🤗) that is encouraging and inspiring yet maddening.
