It has been 24 hours since the First Friday event at Magnolia Content Studio and my heart is so full.

When Dana McKnight reached out and asked me to be the guest for First Friday, I knew we had to do something that shifted the frequency. I told her: “Open caviar bar.” Dana’s reaction? “Terrance, caviar?? Are you kidding me!”

But I wasn’t. When I started Catch This Tee Catering, I didn’t just want to serve food; I wanted to serve an experience that challenged the standard.

The alignment in that room was everything. To those who traveled near and far thank you. My goal was for everyone to leave understanding one thing: The Power of the Pivot.
I’ll say it 1,000 times if I have to: As creators and entrepreneurs, we often feel like a change in direction is a step back. But I’ve learned that the pivot is actually our greatest strength. It’s how we show up for our vision when the world shifts. The pivot isn’t a sign of struggle; it is the ultimate tool of the relentless.

To the disruptors who were in that room:
I challenge you to stay relentless. Show up boldly in your craft. Master the art of the pivot. And always give yourself the grace to dream as far as your imagination can hold.
