We hopped on the trolly and took the afternoon to ride along with On the Town Limousines for the Frederick Pour Tour!! 🚎🍻🥃

We hit Dragon Distillery, LLC, The Dragon's Den Tavern, Attaboy Beer, RAK Brewing, Dōp Pizza and Rockwell Brewery — and we had an absolute blast.

Happy (late) New Year!

We did a quick “Truck Talk” to wrap up 2025, say thanks, and lay out the plan for 2026. We’re committing to one new video every week—alternating between Old Line Field Reports (what’s happening at the tavern/truck/catering week to week) and the fun stuff: Highway Livin’ / On a Bill / days-off adventures.

And at the end there’s a little bonus: we tried to shoot an On a Bill episode in Colonial Williamsburg on our family trip, didn’t get enough footage for a full episode, but we had fun and we didn’t want the footage to go to waste.

🚚🔥 NEW VIDEO DAY: FIRECRACKER MEATLOAF 🔥🚚

We had one of those truck days at Rockwell Brewing…

Forgot my chef’s knife.
Forgot my meatloaf pan.
Didn’t bring enough coal.
Still had to run normal service. 😅

Somehow, out of all that chaos, we ended up with a spicy Firecracker Meatloaf Sandwich stacked with jalapeños, habaneros, house BBQ sauce, pickles, and our bacon onion jam from last week’s prep video… and it might be one of my favorite things we’ve ever put on a bun.

We finally put one of our “secret” ingredients on camera. 👀🔥

Today on YouTube we’re taking you into the Old Line kitchen for a full POV batch of our bacon & onion jam – the stuff that lives on top of our Smoke Burger at the Old Line BBQ truck and over at Dragon’s Den Tavern.

It’s a real prep day: a mountain of onions, a LOT of stirring, brown sugar, cider vinegar, bacon, and our Mid-Atlantic rub all cooked down into that sticky, smoky jam you’ve seen on your bun.

At the end of the video we head out to the truck, grab a Smoke Burger made with this exact batch, slice it open on the board with some house pickles, and give it a proper taste test.
