Hello, Waffle Lovers! 🧇✨

As the colder months roll in, The Waffle Lab is wrapping up our farmers market season but don’t worry! we’ll be back in spring with even more flavorful waffles and delicious treats! Stay tuned you won’t want to miss it.

First, we thank God for this amazing opportunity. A huge thanks to the Woodstock Farmers Market for welcoming our tent this season. And most importantly, we are truly grateful to each and every one of you: our wonderful customers. Thank you for letting us serve you, for sharing your smiles, your families, and your patience as we navigated our first year. We’ve learned so much, and we promise to come back even better.

Hi everyone!
We wanted to let our amazing community know that the Waffle Lab will not be at the Woodstock farmers market tomorrow (Nov 15th).
We’re so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

We’ll be back next Saturday, ready to serve fresh Liege waffles and all your favorite toppings. Can’t wait to see you then! 💛🧇

Tomorrow, Saturday 25th, The Waffle Lab is firing up bright and early — mixing science, sweetness, and smiles like only our community can!

☀️ Morning: Catch us at the Woodstock Farmers Market (8:00 AM – Noon) serving up our signature Liege waffles fresh off the iron.

🌙 Evening: When the sun sets and the undead arise, we’re heading straight into Zombie Fest! Because in our town, traditions don’t just live on — they come back to life.

It’s more than waffles and costumes; it’s family, community, and culture, all wrapped up in one delicious day. So grab your loved ones, your appetite, and maybe a little fake blood, and come celebrate what makes our town wonderfully weird and perfectly us.

🎃 Join us at Zombie Fest (4:00–8:00 PM) — Lee Newton Park, Jasper. Admission is free!
