ULTIMATE CREAMY BURGER SAUCE

Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup mayonnaise
* 3 tbsp ketchup
* 1 tbsp yellow mustard
* 2 tbsp sweet pickles, finely chopped
* 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
* 1 clove garlic, finely minced
* 1/2 tsp paprika powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
* 1/2 tsp honey or sugar (to balance acidity)
* 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional, for a subtle kick)
Instructions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard until smooth.
2. Stir in the finely chopped pickles, lemon juice (or vinegar), minced garlic, honey, and optional hot sauce.
3. Sprinkle the paprika powder, onion powder, salt, and coarse black pepper evenly over the wet base.
4. Whisk everything vigorously together until completely emulsified and a beautiful, uniform orange-pink color is achieved.
5. Cover the bowl and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the cold temperatures to meld the savory garlic and spices into the creamy base perfectly.
