We are excited to announce that Gather 256 has entered the internship game! We are offering paid, on-the-job training opportunities designed to help individuals build practical skills in a supportive, real-world environment. Positions are open for 16-24 year olds.
Internships are structured as 6–8 week training experiences, with opportunities to learn alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced neighborhood bistro and community gathering space. Positions are paid at a starting rate of $15/hour with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position.
While prior experience is preferred, it is not required.
We value curiosity, reliability, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude just as much as technical skill. Whether you’re exploring a new field, building your resume, or looking for meaningful workplace experience, we aim to provide training that is collaborative, approachable, and rooted in community.
