Friday and Saturday are Y-Live weekend, and we’ll be open and ready to go!

Penguin City, DOPe Cider House, and Suzie’s are teaming up for an East End pre-party.

Suzie’s will be serving up pulled pork sammies, pulled pork mac and cheese bowls, and gourmet hot dogs with over 50 toppings, all perfect for fueling up before the show.

Beer specials are happening all day Friday with our Penguin Happy Hour from 2 to 6 PM.
All Penguin City drafts are just $3.

On Saturday, the pre-party continues starting at 2 PM, and One Hot Cookie will be joining us with their cookie truck!

What do we do when we aren't grilling glizzies? Well, this week, its major mechanical surgery... a fresh transmission!

Upkeep on a food truck takes a lot of time and effort and its not always with the kitchen systems! Regular engine and driveline maintenance is crucial to being able to hit the road at a moments notice to feed the masses.

Hang out with me for a little bit while I change the rear main seal on our small block chevy and prep it to install our freshly rebuilt transmission.
