One of the biggest surprises of entrepreneurship is that the skills that help you start a business aren’t always the same skills that help you grow one.

I’m great at rolling up my sleeves and getting things done. The next challenge is learning how to spend less time doing everything myself and more time building the systems and team that can grow beyond me.
