In order to serve everyone faster during busy times, we have created a "Quick Serve Menu." When large groups come in, we will switch to this menu so that food can be ordered and delivered quickly. When the diner is not busy, the regular menu items will be available.
Question: "If I want a Black and Blue burger during a busy period and you've switched to the quick serve menu, can I get it?"
Answer: "No. But you can get it when we are not busy and have returned to the regular menu. I advise you to call the diner at 928-766-2877 and ask if we are busy, and if the regular menu items are available."
Question: "I don't see the carne asada burrito on the quick serve menu. Do you still offer it?"
Answer: "It is still available, but only when the diner is not busy. The carne asada burrito involves many steps and the time to build it disrupts the flow of getting orders made and delivered to guests. Therefore, what you see on the quick serve menu is what is available during busy periods."
Also, during busy periods, the online ordering system will be shut off. This will allow uninterrupted flow of in-house orders, prevent online orders jumping the line, and pick-up confusion when a customer comes in to pick up an order and it's not ready because there were 10 orders ahead of it. When the diner is not busy, online ordering will resume.
Please note that the default burger in the quick serve menu is a single patty rather than a double patty, which is opposite to the regular menu. You can still order a double patty though by asking for it.
