The life hack I live by for healthy eating… eat my Mckey meals 🤣 The portion control keeps me from over or under eating, the simplicity of being able to grab a meal that’s already put together out of the fridge make it effortless & not wanting it to be wasted means I’m going to eat it🙌🏻
