Hey, we've added a couple of new ready-made dinners!

We've got gluten-free gumbo soup with chicken and prawns for $17.50, and fish pie with mash, corn, and beans for $18.50.

Don't forget our other meals too: lemon and fennel risotto, stuffed capsicum with basil pesto and spiced tomato sauce, and beef brisket ragout on fettuccine.

We're open Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 1:30 pm, on Macleay Street in Frederickton, opposite the pub. You can also pick up after hours by arrangement – just call 6566 8792.

First up, a Thai green chicken curry with jasmine rice, gluten-free for $18.50.

Then there's spinach and ricotta gnocchi with a rich tomato sauce, also gluten-free for $17.50.

And don't forget our other yummy meals:

Pork belly bites and Vietnamese meatballs with stir-fry veggies and noodles, gluten-free for $18.50.

Lemon and fennel arancini with a spiced tomato sauce, gluten-free for $16.50.

And pea and ham soup with cheese croutons.

A baked sweetlip fish (I) in a creamy lemon sauce served with rice, roasted tomatoes, broccolini and corn gluten free $18.50
Also butter chicken served with jasmin rice also gluten free $18.50

Don't let the rain put you off. You can still come and enjoy a coffee and something delicious to eat in our indoor area.

We have a couple of pre-prepared meals ready. First off, a minestrone soup with cheese croutons, perfect for this weather. Gluten-free option $13.50. And a garlic chicken and broccolini creamy pasta. Gluten-free option $17.50.

Look out for butter chicken and baked fish still to come.
