To all our guests from overseas, our restaurant is a small one-person operation.
I start preparing little by little in the morning, preparing for the evening, so that I can see the happy faces of all our guests.
Recently, we have been seeing an increasing number of customers unable to come to our store despite having a reservation.
As mentioned above, even one missing group can be very difficult for a small restaurant. We could have served other customers.
When making a reservation, please be careful not to make any mistakes when coming to the venue.
Additionally, we have seen many cases of incorrect email addresses and phone numbers being entered, especially when making reservations through Tabelog. If we are unable to contact you, we may have to cancel your reservation.Please also note this when making a reservation.
Also, if you make a reservation through Tabelog or resreserve and your email address is correct, you should be able to receive an email. Please check here.Basically, I don't do reconfirmations myself, only automatic reconfirmations.
Additionally, we generally do not respond to reservations or messages on Instagram from anyone other than acquaintances, friends, or regular customers.(We also receive a large number of spam and sales DMs, so we cannot respond.)

もちろん、全てのお客様ではないですが、連絡が取れなくキャンセルや、無断キャンセルが残念ながら増えておりまして、ちょっと色々と思案中です😱
