It’s been a year, folks! Jimmy and I would like to thank you all for the massive amount of love and support. In one year we went from nothing to the hottest truck around and broke every goal that was set. Look Mom, we did it ❤️
When you’re passionate about something, you put every single fiber of your being into it. You make new friends, lose a lot and make more. This has been my passion for soooo many years. If you know me, you know. I have learned from the very best chefs, line cooks, dishwashers, servers, bartenders 😏 and food truck mafia members. I know this business inside and out. I appreciate each and every one of you. You invested in this weirdo that’s asked you a zillions questions and sang all the time to things like The Duck Song. You molded me and damn.... I am blessed AF!
Here’s the thing, if 2022 was 2012 and I was 38, this would be an amazing passion to have. Reality is, I need to kick it back a notch because my ole’ bones aren’t enjoying food truck life anymore. I’ll still be catering and doing some personal kitchen ninja gigs. Much more personal, and easier to manage.
