Nook is the evolution of Galt Juice Company which we opened 6 years ago. Over that time we listened to our customers every day and learned about their struggles in developing a healthy lifestyle. They knew what the SHOULD be eating, but they didn't have the

extra time to make meals from scratch daily or the ability to keep 30+ fresh vegetables in their fridge without waste. Our mission is to deliver the most delicious nutrient-dense meals possible to our clients so that they do not have to waste their time grocery shopping, meal planning, cooking, or doing dishes. Our menu changes every single week so that the meals are new and exciting and each menu contains over 60 organic plant ingredients in order to promote a diverse microbiome which leads to a healthy digestive and immune system.
