It is finally time to say that we will be closing Revolver Ribs for the foreseeable future, not forever. We had so much fun with all of you and appreciate your business in a big way! It simply doesn’t feel like the right time for Revolver and we’re big on gut feels.

We are still strong at our sister restaurant and with new things coming down the line she needs our focus and energy. Follow us there for all your Indian street food needs (we all got em).

We also wanted to honor space for more BIPOC businesses in our community. Our new neighbor opens this Wed , do yourself a flavor and follow these fine folks as they pack the market with their smokin’ ribs, and we know ribs, and other tasty meats.

“Stop The Hate” is a Southeast Asian inspired rib with a creamy red coconut curry sauce and fried kaffir lime leaves🍃

I’ve been so fortunate to have been able to experience Asia first hand on a few occasions and even more grateful to have an Asian community in Mn bringing in all the fabulous flavors 🙏

10% of profits from this rib will be donated to the Coalition of Asian American Leaders to help their efforts for the Asian community.
