that's the last of the Cheesecake orders done and a Christmas Eve family meal for Cortachy Castle catered for. Now it's time to get the prezzies wrapped, set out a carrot and mincepie for the big red fella, and off to bed. Have a good one everyone 🎄🎁🍾

Back up Cortachy way for another tasty shooting party dinner.
Partridge Breast + Chicken Mousse Parcels with Poached Pear, followed by Venison Loin with Potato Pave, Celeriac Puree and Braised Red Cabbage. Finishing off with Apple, Blackberry, Yoghurt and Walnut Tart. Yum 😍

A fairly hectic couple of weekends, for my usual laid back self anyway. A couple days of breakfasts, lunch and dinners at Cortachy Castle followed up by mid session Birthday Ceilidh refreshments at Kinnordy House. Tiring but amazing 😍

Hi folks, well, had a lovely weekend of Burgers and Cheesecake for a wonderful customers retirement celebrations. Congratulations. (forgot to take pics of the burgers but remembered the White Chocolate, Pistachio and Salted Caramel Cheesecake. Yum.)
I was also doing a little bit of experimenting with Beef Shortribs, these ones I had in the Sous Vide for about 26hrs before Pan searing and glazing. Although delicious and super tender I think im going to try a 36hr and 48hr cooking time to see what happens 😍
