We’ll be pouring up our proofless Yunnan & Rooibos Milk Teas to sip on while you make your way through 175+ of Portland’s best local bites, drinks, music, shopping, art & makers.

Hot days call for the return of the Hiyashi Tantanmen☀️ house-made noodles, chilled & tossed in a rich spicy sesame sauce with pickled mustard greens, mala oil, negi & toasted sesame. Cold, chewy, slurpable— with the kind of familiar spice that somehow cools you down from the inside out.

Round out the table with a caesar salad, ceviche, an ice-cold highball or cocktail, then sit back for a long summer evening!

Chef newest noodle is here— & this one’s got us fired up. 🌮💥 Built with heirloom masa, these noodles bring this incredible toasted corn flavor that completely changes the way the bowl eats. It’s familiar in the best way— like the first bite of a fresh tortilla, & exactly where the idea for tonight’s special began.
