As we set sail for a new chapter in our lives. I (Nico) wanted to take the time and show appreciation for our time in Portland. Living in Portland has been more than we had ever hoped it would be this city is special no doubt and that’s because of the people who make it special, all of you! It’s bitter sweet to be leaving but it’s definitely the right time and we are ready for our new home in the puget sound!

We thank you all who made the experience even better by allowing us to contribute something meaningful to the community while we could. We have nothing but love for the city and the people in it, we definitely won’t ever forget that. Goodbye Portland and here we come Seattle 🙏🌮❤️💚

As y’all already know, we have closed our doors and this time has allowed us to put more thought into our future. We have decided we will not be re-opening our business in Portland. We have future plans for where we want to be and where we want to re-open. That being said, we have a lot of items for sale! Fridges, cooking equipment, cambros, anything you need for a food cart or restaurant, we probably have it. If you’re opening up a business or know someone who is, please send us a message and we can talk more details. Our equipment gave us some amazing memories and we would love for it to carry on with someone else 💛

The day has arrived, our final day at the cart 🌮 This picture was taken back in July of 2020, the week before we opened. It’s hard for us to put into words how thankful we are for all of our customers. Some of you have become friends and we will always remember the love and support you’ve shown us 💛 You all have allowed our dream to come true and we’re forever grateful for that. Closing a business you’ve worked so hard for is never easy and it’s hard to say goodbye, but we know it’s the right thing, so we find peace in that. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🥲

🎉 2022 was a great year. We took LTV to new heights, expanded our menu and moved into a new location. It was also a year of challenges, pushing ourselves over the limits of which we didn’t even think were capable. There was lots of blood, sweat, and tears that were shared between us two. We had to take away a few crowd favorites, like the classic milanesa torta. Chef Nico is very ambitious and our menu was just too big for a food cart 🙈 We’re excited to see what 2023 brings and what’s in store for us and LTV moving forward. We thank everyone who came out to support us last year, we created this business for the community and y’all showed up 👏🏽 Happy New Year from our family to yours!

As we welcome our baby this month and become parents, we will not be able to renew our lease come January at Hinterland Bar and Carts due to some requirements that no longer align with our life. With that being said, we are looking for a new home for LTV. We want to keep doing what we love and serving y’all our food so we’re asking our community for help. THE TIME HAS COME! Dev has worked her last day at the cart!! It’s such a bitter sweet moment for us, but a great feeling as we welcome with open arms this new chapter in our lives. Dev is starting to nest as we prepare to welcome our little monkey into the world 🐒🌎 Words can never describe how grateful I am for all of her hard work and commitment to LTV.
