📢 BIG NEWS FROM MR. BEAN'S PLACE! 🎉
Dear friends, customers, and supporters,
We are excited to announce that Mr. Bean's Place has officially moved to a brand-new location on the Riverside!
We have taken over the beautiful Sreyoun Riverfront Villa and brought the same Mr. Bean's Place that you know and love to a bigger, better, and more spacious property.

Since relocating, we are happy to share that the business has been steadily growing. With more guest rooms available, a large portion of our restaurant business now comes from our in-house guests. In addition, we have partnered with multiple food delivery platforms, and together with our loyal walk-in customers, we are seeing consistent and encouraging growth.
As many of you know, I personally managed almost every aspect of the business at our previous location. Since moving to our new Riverside property, we have expanded significantly and are now managing a much larger operation. While we have grown into a team of two, we still feel that we cannot dedicate the level of attention that every guest deserves if we continue trying to manage everything ourselves.
At the same time, our probiotics division, Mr. BP's Ginger Reserve, has also been experiencing steady growth and increasing demand. Between the accommodation business, the restaurant and bar, and the continued development of Mr. BP's Ginger Reserve, we now find ourselves managing three growing ventures simultaneously.
We are incredibly grateful for this growth and the support that has made it possible. However, with the peak season approaching and all three businesses gaining momentum, we believe the best way forward is to focus our energy where we can deliver the greatest value and maintain the highest standards of service.
Rather than stretching ourselves too thin, we have decided to seek the right person or team to take over the restaurant and bar operation. This will allow us to concentrate fully on providing an exceptional accommodation experience for our guests while continuing to grow Mr. BP's Ginger Reserve.
We believe this creates an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality to step into an already established and growing business, while ensuring that both our guests and customers continue to receive the quality, service, and attention that have helped build our reputation.
🍽️ RESTAURANT & BAR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a passionate and capable individual or team to take over the operation of our restaurant and bar through a fair and affordable arrangement.
This is a fantastic opportunity because:

Please note that this is not a free handover. The restaurant business, equipment, and operational setup are available through a rental arrangement, a purchase agreement, or a combination of both, depending on what best suits the interested party.
