Winter always brings the best local produce, and cauliflower is a standout right now.

This week it features across a few of our meals - from our silverside, to a comforting cauliflower soup, and our beef stroganoff served with a rustic cauliflower and potato mash.

Menu is now open for orders.
Orders close 9pm Sunday, but a few items have been selling out before then lately, so it’s worth getting in early to lock in your favourites!

We've added a Winter Warmer pack to our menu this week - we will have two soups to choose from each week for the rest of the winter months

Orders close at 9pm Sunday. Last week, most items sold out, with around a quarter of all orders coming through on Sunday alone - so if you’ve got your eye on something, we recommend ordering early to avoid missing out!

Experienced Kitchenhand / Cook / Chef Wanted

We are looking for an experienced kitchenhand, cook or chef to join our growing meal prep business.

2–3 days per week
Day work only, Weekend and Monday availability essential

The role will involve:

- Prep work
- Cooking
- Packing meals
- General kitchen duties & cleaning
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organised workspace

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has commercial kitchen experience
- Can work efficiently and independently
- Has good attention to detail
- Is reliable and hard-working
- Enjoys being part of a small, fast-paced team

Experience with meal prep or bulk cooking is highly regarded.

Based in North West Tasmania (Ridgley)

We spent Wednesday at the Aged and Disability Expo meeting a wide range of new faces and having some great conversations. Chef Shyan and I were there alongside Holly from Little Bird Nutrition, and it was a valuable day connecting with services and individuals on the day.
