❄️ With lower-level snow expected soon and excitement in the air, we remind all our visitors and snow-chasers to please be mindful and respectful.

🚫 Do not enter private property — even for that perfect snow selfie! Climbing fences or crossing farmland is not only trespassing, but can damage essential infrastructure and cause stress for farmers and their livestock. Let's all help keep the Southern Drakensberg a welcoming place for everyone.

🚗 Snow Travel Safety Tips:
• Drive cautiously — icy patches may not be visible.
• Travel with a full tank, charged phone, and warm blanket.
• Pack snacks, water, and a torch just in case.
• 4x4s are best for snowy or muddy conditions — avoid unnecessary risk.
• If you're unsure, ask locals or our tourism info centre for advice.
