HOME MADE BANANA BREAD

What you’ll need 🥰

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups of flour
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup of milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions 🥰

• Combine oil , eggs , sugar , milk , vanilla and mashed bananas.
• ⁠Add your baking soda and flour .
• ⁠Mix well for about 2-3 minutes
• ⁠Pour into your greased loaf pan and bake in preheated 175-180 degrees oven for about an hour 20minutes 😊!

Home Made Vanilla Cream

What You’ll Need ;

1 1/2 Cups of Milk
1 1/2 Cups of Cream
10-12 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon of salt

Instructions ;

🍨Stir together all your ingredients and put to chill preferably in a baking pan. Because of its material it cools faster in the freezer.

🍨After about 90mins , remove from freezer and whisk, carefully scraping off the sides . Place it back and repeat process after 45mins .

🍨Continue freezing and whisking after 30mins . Repeat atleast two more times till you get that nice consistency , then allow to freeze .

🍨Serve with topping of your choice 🍨😊!

Add some butter to your pan/pot
Put in your garlic and ginger
Add your onion and sauté at low heat
Add your chicken breast (diced) , cook till golden brown
Add your tomato purée and simmer
Add your spices and cook at medium heat
Add your natural yoghurt and mix
Cook at low heat till ready !

Best served with rice or naan 😍❤️!

The lime🍋‍🟩 is just for decoration
