I was kindly gifted a box of chocolate brownies by and I was so excited being a chocoholic. 😁😁

I've never seen a brownie in a doughnut shape so I think that was such a unique idea. 👍👍
The brownies looked too pretty to eat but obviously I ate them. 🤣🤣

The brownies tasted absolutely delicious, they were gooey and rich and ohhh so chocolatey with chocolate chunks inside. I enjoyed every bite and devoured them within minutes.

Eid and 7k Giveaway 2025

Heya all. Since I've reached 7k followers and Eid is coming I thought this would be the perfect time for a giveaway. I'm truly greatful for all the support and love from you all. ❤️❤️

Winner will get a large platter of 36 mix biscuits. Packed nicely in a platter with a clear lid and Eid Mubarak sticker.

Recipe - Pistachio Tiramisu

1 tin Double cream (300ml)
1 tin ready custard (400g)
1 tub mascarpone cheese (250g)
3 tblsp icing sugar
4 full tblsp pistachio spread
1½ pkt sponge finger biscuits
 
Beat cream and icing sugar till stiff, melt the pistachio  spread for 30 seconds in the microwave and add it to the cream and beat again. Next add in the mascarpone and custard and beat again till smooth.  Leave aside .
In a bowl make about 2 cups strong black sweetened coffee. Dip half the sponge finger biscuits inside and layer in a glass dish.  Then put half the cream mixture and repeat. Decorate as desired. I drizzled some pistachio  spread on top and went through it with a toothpick to create that design and put some pistachio on the edges.  Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Recipe - Beef Soupy Pies
Inspired by

500g Beef rump Steak (cut into cubes )
2 tblsp Fried onions
3 tblsp Tomato pasatta
2 tsp Garlic
Salt to taste
1 tsp black Pepper
Chilli flakes or chilli powder to taste
1 tsp Steak and chops spice
1 tblsp Vinegar

Put everything in a pressure cooker, add 2 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.  Mixture needs to be soupy so add more water if needed. 
Mix 2 full tsp of bisto granules with hot water and add to the beef. Cook for few minutes till thick. Let the mixture cool.  
I used this small foil cup which I got from to fill in but you can also use cupcake pans.
I used ready roll puff pastry from . I put puff pastry at the bottom , filled it with the beef and covered with more puff pastry.  Press the edges with a fork and poke a few holes on top . Brush with egg and bake at 180 degrees till golden.  Made 17 pies. Serve with Kasturi Chutney.

Kasturi Chutney
Heat oil in a pan , take it off the stove and add in salt , paprika, chilli powder and some vinegar.  Put it back on the stove and cook for a few minutes till thick.

CHICKEN STICKS!!
Finally managed to post the recipe. I'm sorry I don't have exact measurements as alot of my cooking is done just by tasting and looking. 🙈🙈

Chicken Sticks

Chicken fillet cut into medium size cubes

Double cream
Green dhana
Green chillies
Mint sauce
Ginger & garlic paste
Few Extra garlic cloves
Salt
Black pepper
Orange pepper
Jeeru powder
Any chicken spice
Aromat (optional)

Grind all together till it forms a paste and marinate the chicken cubes with it.  Preferably overnight or a few hours.  Poke the chicken cubes into toothpick . Mix bread crumbs with little bit of hot and spicy Kentucky powder and dip the chicken sticks inside then freeze.  Fry when needed.  Enjoy !!
