Pasta alla norcina🇮🇹

The legendary pasta alla norcina, one of the gastronomic symbols of Umbria, got its name in honor of the famous medieval masters for cutting and processing meat ("il norcino"). From the mountains of Umbria, their craftsmanship spread throughout all Italy. Creamy and rich meat sauce complemented by Italian truffle pasta - we at Primo have recreated the legend of the Umbrian mountains.
