• Prepare a variety of authentic dim sum with consistency and quality
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Manage daily preparation and stock control
• Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of dim sum techniques and preparation
• Attention to detail and passion for food
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication skills
