Side note - Can anyone enlighten how they know it’s gonna “feel” a certain temp….what is the logistics behind this? Like today apparently is felt like 15. Pretty en pointe. However is there like a person designated to stand outside and contact the bureau of meteorology and say “hey…is Melbourne vic. It feels this degrees Celsius…Kay..bye”
