When you pick up your cake, it goes straight into the fridge to stay safe and fresh. But serving it chilly is the fastest way to ruin the experience. Our signature Swiss Meringue Buttercream needs a bit of warmth to work its magic.

On the day of your party, take the cake out of the fridge and let it rest on the counter for 3 to 4 hours before anyone takes a bite. If you have tried calling our Unley studio lately and couldn't get through, please know we aren't ignoring you!

When the mixers are roaring, the ovens are hot, and our hands are covered in flour, running to grab a ringing phone just isn't safe or practical for our small team. As a local mom myself, I completely understand how precious time is when you are planning your child's birthday or a special family milestone. To make sure we capture your vision perfectly, we handle all consultations through text or email. Having your unique design details, guest counts, and inspiration photos written down means absolutely nothing gets missed, allowing us to stay completely focused on handcrafting edible art for your family.

Speaking of busy weekends, our kitchen has been working overtime! We have managed to bake a few extra 6" Fresh Cream Strawberry Shortcakes, which will be available in our display cabinet tomorrow (30 May, Sat) for walk-ins. Because we are head-down frosting and prepping deliveries, we cannot take any phone or message reservations for these. They are strictly first-come, first-served at our King William Road shop while stock lasts.
