A little BTS from service at ODÉ.

One of Chef-Owner Simon’s signature moments — serving our Fish en Papillote tableside, unveiling the aromas and flavours right in front of our guests.

It’s a small ritual that captures what ODÉ is all about: an intimate, charming gastronomic bistro where thoughtful food meets genuine hospitality.

We believe great dining should feel personal, less like visiting a restaurant and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. No white tablecloths, no pretence; just a warm room, beautiful flavours, and the feeling of being looked after.

Next time you see Simon wandering through the dining room, don’t be shy and say hi. Chances are he’ll be carrying a fish, sharing a story, or simply making sure everyone feels right at home.
