Dark cherry. Chocolate. Spiced rye.

Our Spiced Cherry Old Fashioned brings a little extra intensity to the season, with Archie Rose Rye Whisky, Heering Cherry Liqueur, Chocolate Bitters and burnt cinnamon.

Our new and seriously juicy Porchetta Focaccia takes one of the true heroes of the Maylands menu - oven-roasted pork belly porchetta - and tucks it into fresh sourdough focaccia with provolone dolce, friarielli broccolini and lemony salsa verde.

It's gloriously messy, packed with flavour, and quite possibly the best kind of lunch problem to have.

National Burger Day on Thursday 28 May deserves something a little less ordinary.

Meet the newest addition to the seasonal menu - our Halloumi Burger (V).

Crispy-fried La Vera halloumi, caramelised beetroot-orange jam, cumin yoghurt, gem lettuce and red onion, all tucked into an 8-seed artisanal sourdough bun, with Beerenberg tomato sauce on the side.
