Psst 🤫 Don't get duped, here's a roaster's secret!
When it comes to buying specialty grade organic coffee we only pay about $1 more per kg. This is because the price of specialty coffee is very much driven by its superior quality, not certifications.
So why are you paying $10-$15 more per kg for organic?? Our Early Riser Blend is 100% certified organic and the same price as our non-organic blends, both retail and wholesale. So rise and shine people! 🌱🌞

How sharp are your burrs? Regular replacement is one of the best things you can do for coffee flavour and complexity. For a busy cafe that could be every 6-12 months, less frequent at home depending on the quality of your grinder.
