Explore our endless collections of new and secondhand books, while savouring our local coffees, teas and a curated selection of locally made wines and craft beers. Since first opening in 2006, our bookstore has become one of the most popular places for locals and tourists to visit; with our large and varied collection of new, used, rare and antiquarian books and, now, our sumptuous cafe wine bar!

Located in a beautiful art deco building in the heart of the Armidale CBD, we are known and loved for the boutique, elegant and vibrant bookish experience we provide - unlike any other bookstore in Australia! Our in-store cafe and wine bar serves locally produced coffees, loose-leaf teas, wines and beers. Paired with freshly baked treats, this is the perfect addition to your shopping experience at Boobooks.
