We've been doing it for years, 12 to be exact, now the rest of Australia has to follow our lead. As of July 1st all seafood sold in Australia for immediate consumption has to be labelled AIM...A for Australian, I for Imported, M for mixed.....at Redfish we'll keep on doing what we've always done, going that little bit further and telling you where it came from and who fished it.
