Oops ! Totally forgot to post about this cake !!

Last year I decided to experiment with chocolate ganache (all types). A simple cake , yet a far enjoyable change from buttercream cakes I've made previously.

Cake layers ...😍

Milk chocolate ganache was used for the layers- wasn't too rich !

Dark ganache for the outer and together worked perfectly taste wise !
