Cold weather calls for comfort food.

This week’s soup is a delicious Thai Chicken Curry – warm, hearty and packed with flavour.

We’ve also just added a new Vanilla Custard Scroll to the cabinet, and trust us, you’ll want one with your coffee.

Plus, our hot pies and toasted sandwiches are ready to keep the winter chill away.

Crazy to believe this was 13 years ago!

Look how young I was. 😅

These photos are from my apprenticeship and graduation when I completed my Certificate III in Retail Baking (Combined) and became a qualified baker and pastry chef.

A huge thank you to Jason and Mel for giving me the opportunity to start my apprenticeship and helping shape the baker I am today.

13 years later and still grateful for where it all started. Cheers, Chef.
