For our HQ Coffee lovers!

Good evening coffee lovers!

We are so very sorry to have todo this again, but tomorrow Friday the 10th the HQ Coffee Van will be closed as we are heading off too Rokewood for a corporate catering event.

At Smoke on the Weir and Smoke on the Weir HQ we have always prided ourselves on making sure to always turn up to booked events and to always make sure we are open from start to finish. This means at markets even when the weather disagrees we stay open until the end of the market, or when the HQ van is being slightly flooded we keep our doors open until and end of day.

So when we have to close early or close for the entire day, or even cancel a future event, we make the decision with great disappointment as we hate the idea of letting down our customers.

We are a small family business, and as much as we would love to be able to everyone all at once, it can get a little impossible.

Again, we are sorry to have to close tomorrow and we are already sorry about possible future days we may have to close or finish up early, but we can promise that we will do our hardest to make sure our doors are open as much as we possibly can.

We thank you all, we will be open again on Saturday from 7am until 1pm, looking forward to seeing you then!

What better way to wash down your smoked Wagyu Brisket then with a FREE TASTING of Mitchers American Whiskey!

The team will be joining the Premix King Lucas team on the 18th of July, bringing our smoky meats to pair perfectly with their range of Mitchers Whiskey, you may find some of our team members sneaking a few samples themselves!

In collaboration with the Premix team we have also got a few ideas in the works to include these fantastic Whiskey’s in our menu for the evening! Stay tuned!

For our HQ customers.

Good evening coffee lovers!

HQ will unfortunately be closed over the next two days.

The team has a huge 4 day event in Portarlington at the National Celtic Festival Australia Official this long weekend, and due to unable to staff the Van and also prep for the weekend at the same time, we have decided close HQ so we can focus on the busy weekend ahead.

We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience, we have always prided ourselves on keeping too set hours no matter the weather or how busy we may be behind the scenes, but this week has thrown us some curve balls that are uncontrollable so we must make the hard decisions.

HQ will be back open on Tuesday the 9th from 6am until 2pm. See you all then!

Friday Night is Barbecue night!

This Friday Night Smoke on the Weir will be open down at HQ, we have brought our monthly Barbecue Night forward a week as the team will be away next Friday.

We still have our Chilly Cheese Fries on the menu.
Cruncy fries, topped with our cheese sauce then loaded with our homemade Brisket Chilli!

Dinner is sorted this Friday Night!
