Kuih Keria Gula Melaka aka Sweet Potatoes Donuts doused in Palm Sugar. 🍠

Back then, it wasn’t made to be fancy. Families used simple ingredients they already had. Sweet potatoes from the garden, a bit of flour and palm sugar. Rolled by hand, fried fresh and usually eaten while still warm with a cup of Teh Tarik beside you.

Some flavours just never get old.
