☕️ WE'RE HIRING
FULL TIME BARISTA/ CAFE ALL-ROUNDER

Green Coast Coffee & Rise Lennox Head are looking for an experienced barista to join our team full time.

The successful applicant will be based primarily at Green Coast Coffee, Ballina, with the flexibility to cover shifts at Rise Lennox Head when required.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years barista experience
- Is confident running a coffee machine solo in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience making coffee in Australia (preferred)
- Is happy working across all areas of the cafe, including front of house
- Is a genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Has their own reliable transport
- Is available to work weekends and public holidays
- Is available for ongoing employment through until at least February

If you thrive in a busy cafe, take pride in consistently great coffee and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

🎉 Green Coast Turns 9 Today! 🎉

Today marks 9 years since we first opened our doors, and what a journey it has been.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to our incredible community, loyal customers, dedicated team members, local suppliers and everyone who has supported us along the way. Your support has allowed us to grow, evolve and continue doing what we love everyday.

From morning coffee and catch-ups to celebrations, meetings and everyday moments, we're grateful that Green Coast has become a small part of so many lives over the past nine years.
