Supplier Highlight: Parallel Roasters

We’ve proudly worked with our coffee supplier since we opened in 2019. We love that they roast on the Gold Coast as we’re passionate about supporting local suppliers.

We use their House Blend which is a full-bodied, low-acidity, syrupy coffee. Each bean in the blend is roasted individually to maximise flavour, with tasting notes of mud cake, caramel and praline. It’s a hit with both new and regular customers.
