A few things to know before visiting The Dairy 🤍

Firstly, welcome! We are so grateful you've chosen to spend time with us.

The Dairy is a small food truck café nestled on a beautiful private farm property, surrounded by stunning gardens. We love sharing this special space with you and hope you enjoy every visit.

Being a small business means we operate with a team of just 3–4 people. Our barista, Alana, is also the owner and baker, lovingly making every slice, scone, cake and treat by hand. This week alone, over 100 hours went into baking and preparing everything fresh for you. It's a true labour of love, which is why we kindly ask that no outside food or drinks be brought onto the property. Supporting our café helps us continue doing what we love.

You may also have met Alana's wonderful daughter, who has been helping us during this busy period. She's done an amazing job keeping up with the rush, and we're so proud of her.

If your table has been cleared by the one and only Scotty, you'll know he's always happy to lend a hand. We're incredibly grateful for everything he does behind the scenes.

A couple of friendly reminders: 🐴 Please don't approach or feed the horses, as they are privately owned and not part of The Dairy. 🚗 Please do not park along Baxter–Tooradin Road. We appreciate your help in keeping the area safe for everyone.

Firstly, thank you to every single person who chooses to support our little café. Every coffee, meal and sweet treat you purchase genuinely helps keep our doors open, and we are so grateful for you.

We've noticed more people bringing outside food into our café, and we'd like to kindly ask that this doesn't continue.

Our food isn't just something we buy and resell. Every slice, pastries, muffin and meal is lovingly baked in-house from scratch. We spend countless hours preparing fresh, wholesome food using quality ingredients, and we take great pride in creating options that cater to many allergies and dietary requirements.

When outside food is brought into our café, it not only means we're missing out on the opportunity to sell the food we've worked so hard to create, but it also often leaves us with extra rubbish to clean up and dispose of. As a small business that tries to minimise waste, this has a real impact.

Choosing to dine with us means you're supporting local, supporting handmade food, and supporting a small family business that pours so much love into creating a welcoming space for our community.

We completely understand there are occasional exceptions, such as baby food or specific medical dietary needs. We simply ask that, where possible, you enjoy the delicious food we've created with love or save outside meals for another time.

Thank you for understanding and for helping us continue to create a space where everyone can gather, connect and enjoy good food made with care.
