But what many people don’t know is that Chef Lal is also the owner behind Guac & Roll.
Originally from Nepal, he’s spent the past 17 years doing what he loves most—bringing people together through food.
His love for bold flavours, fresh ingredients and genuine hospitality is what shaped Guac & Roll into what it is today. Every recipe, every taco, every burrito and every bowl reflects the same philosophy: if it’s not good enough for his own family, it’s not leaving the kitchen.
