Had the pleasure last week of cooking a pig on a spit for a camping weekend away
The best thing about my job is some of the amazing places I get to cook

A must try for any avid camper
Located just outside Beaudesert just 20 mins from town you can get a more picturesque place to camp

Aside from my spit motor overheating half way through the cook the pig turned out amazing
for supply of the pig
