What a week… ❤️

To every customer who visited our shop, supported us at the markets, shared our posts, or recommended us to family and friends—thank you. Your support means everything to our little family business.

A special thank you to those who travelled from far away, including Sydney, just to visit us. We still can’t believe people would make that journey for our buns. We’re truly humbled and grateful.

Tomorrow, it’s back to the kitchen to start making a fresh new batch 🤩

Me: Making another 2,000 buns… and somehow it’s still not enough. 😂❤️

Running a small business means weekends aren’t really days off—but we wouldn’t trade it for anything. Seeing you line up for our buns every weekend makes every early morning worth it.

This week we made almost 2,000 handmade buns, and thanks to your incredible support, they’re disappearing faster than we can make them!

Every bakery has that one day… 😂

Our staff accidentally used baking powder instead of yeast, so the only thing rising today was my blood pressure! 🤣

Don’t worry! we binned the batch, started again, and made sure only the best buns made it to our customers. ❤️

Moral of the story: No shortcuts, no compromises—just fresh handmade buns every time.
