At The Cray, we’re incredibly proud to celebrate one of Western Australia’s greatest treasures – the iconic Western Rock Lobster.

Our lobsters are sourced from the world renowned Western Rock Lobster Managed Fishery, widely recognised as one of the most sustainable and well-managed fisheries on the planet.

Strict quotas, seasonal controls and size limits ensure only mature lobsters are harvested, protecting future stocks and the marine environment. It means every lobster we serve is not only fresh and local, but responsibly caught - supporting both our oceans and our coastal communities
