This one’s a tough one… after many years behind the bar, it’s time for us to say goodbye to Emily.
Emily has been an OG at the OTH, starting with the previous owners before heading off to Melbourne for her studies. When we took over the pub, we gave all the staff a call, not knowing Emily had moved away. As luck would have it, she was just about to move back home. Safe to say, that was one of the best happy accidents we could’ve asked for.
Emily is loved by our staff, our regulars, and just about everyone who’s had the pleasure of being served by her. She’s hilarious, incredibly hardworking, always smiling, and one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She’s been such a huge part of the OTH family!
Wishing you all the best for your final year of study, Emily. We know you’re going to make an amazing teacher, and your future students will be so lucky to have you.
