Iv decided im going to pour out of this comically large jug and see if i can make it work. Had a few pours today and was definitely struggling. I’ll keep posting until and hopefully it’s start to look nice at some point.

We’ve been feeling really inspired to level things up on the coffee side at Boneless.

So we’re now offering a premium pour over option.

Batch brew is still there and tasting great.
Black espresso will be a rotating single origin.
Milk coffees will keep running on our Familia house blend.

We’re on a bit of a mission to elevate what we do.
And to be honest, part of that means leaning into a bit more automation.

The reality of running a cafe right now is doing more with less.
It’s not a bad thing, just a different kind of challenge.

We’re actually pretty excited by it.
So expect a few fun, slightly nerdy, hopefully very delicious changes coming through ❤️
